Our thanks and appreciation to our guest speaker, Public Affairs Office, Sheila Lagrand and Commander Bob Arovas.  Sheila presented a very interesting and informative program. Along with Bob they both covered many items of interest all Recreational Boat Owners/Captains should advise, discuss and demonstrate with all their passengers and crew.  During the Q & A session many questions were addressed, and Sheila promised that she would do some further research on a couple of questions that they were unable to answer.  Stay-Tuned for further updates, answers and some very useful and interesting website links in the coming week. Once again our thanks to Sheila and Bob!
